Thank you for shopping at susiedesign.net. Please note that all of our products are made to order and printed individually for each customer. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or offer replacements if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The item differs significantly from the description
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and the defect
If your return is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selection by the customer
- Change of mind after ordering
- Personalized/custom items unless defective
